For senior level executives new to the PEO industry. The course covers the essentials of the PEO-client arrangement, contracting clients, state compliance, and managing liability and exposure. Gain an understanding of sales and marketing issues, industry trends, HRO outsourcing, key industry statistics, and operational ratios. This is not a plodding 101 intro, but a fast-moving examination of the essentials every PEO executive must understand.
