Boca Raton Resort & Club is situated on 356 acres in Boca Raton, the heart of Florida's Gold Coast, in south Palm Beach County. The resort is easily accessible via air transportation: 28 miles south of Palm Beach Airport, 24 miles north of Fort Lauderdale International Airport, 45 miles north of Miami International Airport.

- Boca Raton Resort & Club offers five distinct styles of deluxe guestrooms and suites. The Cloister, built in 1926, is the Resort's signature building, is closest t the meeting space, and features Mediterranean-influenced antiques and architecture. Cloister rooms are available at the special daily rate of $184.
- The 27-story Tower overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway features inspiring views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Resort grounds. Tower rooms are available at the special daily rate of $194.
- Located on the Resort's half-mile stretch of private beach, the Boca Beach Club is accessible by round the clock trams (less than 5 minutes from the hotel) and water taxis (less than 15 minutes from the hotel). The Club offers deluxe accommodations footsteps from the ocean. Beach Club rooms are available at the special daily rate of $174.
- Reminiscent of a grand Venetian palace, the Yacht Club with its private balconies, sweeping views and elegant appointments offers luxurious guestrooms and suites plus boutique-style service. Yacht Club rooms are available at the special daily rate of $234.
- Additional upgrades, club level, and luxury suites quoted upon request.

These room rates include bellmen gratuities, resort-wide transportation, turndown service, and daily newspaper. Upon check-in, delegates will have the option of purchasing an upgrade package that includes unlimited local and 800 calls, daily access to high speed internet access in guest rooms, daily access to Fitness center, and two bottles of water daily for $9.00 per night.
