NAPEO's PEO Primer
For those who are new to the PEO industry, NAPEO's PEO Primer is offered as an add-on event to all of our specialty seminars and conferences throughout the year. This course covers the essentials of the PEO-client arrangement, client service agreements, state compliance, and managing liability and exposure. Attendees will gain an understanding of sales and marketing issues, industry trends, HR outsourcing issues, key industry statistics, and operational ratios.
This is not a plodding 101-level intro, but a fast-moving examination of the essentials every PEO executive must understand. This is a great way for senior executives new to existing PEOs, start-up PEO owners, and those looking to join the PEO industry to learn more about co-employment and the PEO business model. It can also be used as a refresher course for anyone looking for more knowledge and insight.
