Guidelines for Ad Artwork
Artwork is accepted in tif or pdf formats in CMYK or grayscale at least 300 dpi at intended size. Files may be e-mailed to
Nbenoudiz@napeo.org or provided on CD/DVD. Hard copy not required for comparison with files. When creating a print-ready pdf, please verify the following options are selected:
- Acrobat 4 compatible
- Compress text and line art
- Embed all fonts
- For full-page ads that extend off the page, include crop marks and a 0.187" bleed on all edges
