About Clay Kelley

Clay Kelley has been in the HR outsourcing (HRO) and PEO business since 1985. He started as a personal producer, achieving top sales performer status in his second year. He served as a sales executive for Express Human Resources, Paradyme HR and Advantec Solutions. He has sold over 400 clients ranging in size from 3 to 853 employees. He has participated in seven mergers and acquisitions and assisted in raising over $45,000,000 in capital. Clay has trained more than 4,000 sales professionals.

Clay Kelley holds the distinguished Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Clay is the author of three books: Training Camp for Success in Selling HRO, Jump Start to Success in Selling HRO, and Managing for Success in Selling HRO. He is the most published author of sales related articles in the industry, a regular contributor to NAPEO's PEO Insider magazine, and a frequent speaker, facilitator and thought leader at NAPEO's educational programs.

Clay is a former "firewalk" trainer for bestselling author and success coach, Anthony Robbins. He, his wife Brandee and two sons live in Arlington, Texas.

Clay continues to help clients in their outsourcing decisions today.
