All cancellations, additions, and changes must be submitted to NAPEO via email to kadair@napeo.org. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made through Monday, September 20th. A $125 processing fee will apply to all cancellations to cover administrative and event preparatory costs. No refunds will be given on or after Tuesday, September 21st.
