Opening General Session with Andrew Lindley, Vivere Advisors

This is a pivotal moment for business. AI capabilities are advancing faster than most organizations can absorb, and the gap between companies that capture the opportunity and those that miss it is widening every quarter. In this opening session, Andy Lindley brings a CTO’s perspective to the question every PEO leader is wrestling with: where do we actually start? Drawing on his experience leading technology at a large PE-backed PEO and his current advisory work with mid-market and PE-backed companies, Andy will cover the current state of AI in operations, the areas where companies are unlocking real efficiency and growth, and why generic AI solutions consistently underperform tailored implementations. Attendees will leave with a clearer view of how to assess their own operations and identify where AI investment will produce durable results.
