  • 10' x 10' Booth Space — $1,​655 for NAPEO members, $2,760 for non-members
  • 10' x 20' Booth Space — $2,​765 for NAPEO members, $3,805 for non-members
  • 20' x 20' Island — $​6.050 for NAPEO members, $6,955 for non-members

Floor Plan/Booth Selection Process

To ensure your company receives exhibit information, please contact Nancy Benoudiz at (703) 739-8169​. Returning exhibitors may complete/return the Exhibit Space Rental Agreement and view the Floor Plan and reference NAPEO's Exhibit Point System.  Booth number/assignment will be confirmed by May 2017 for returning 2016 exhibitors, after that time, new exhibitors may reserve exhibit booth space. Please email Nancy Benoudiz for the most up-to-date Marketplace floor plan.
