NAPEO’s 2024 Annual Conference & Marketplace will take place at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida from September 16th - 18th.  You can now register online

Event registrations are not included in the booth rental fee.  NAPEO offers three (3) registration options to choose from, and more information can be found on the rental agreement.  Download and review exhibitor pricing online.  If you exhibited with us last year, please make sure to read the registration descriptions carefully as there are changes from the 2023 registration types.  

  1. Exhibitor Regular Registration: $495 per person and includes access to the exhibit hall and general sessions. (Note: Booth representative registration does not include access to educational sessions beyond the general sessions and does not include the Tuesday evening event.
  2. Exhibitor Full Registration: $895 per person and includes access to the exhibit hall, general sessions, breakout sessions, and the Tuesday evening event.  
  3. Exhibitor Plus Full Registration: $1,650 per person and includes access to the exhibit hall, general sessions, breakout sessions, and the Tuesday evening event.  (The Exhibitor Plus Full registration type is required when a company exceeds their 3-person maximum per each 10' of booth space). 

Hotel Information:  Registered guests will receive a link to book their hotel stay under our discounted room block rate of $259/night, before taxes and fees. We encourage you to book your hotel stay early.

Exhibitor Kit:  Freeman's Exhibitor Kit is available online with a discount price deadline of August 19, 2024.  Please note that your booth package does not include electrical service. More information about electrical services can be found in the exhibitor kit. 

Exhibitor Webinar: NAPEO will host a webinar for exhibitors in August.  The webinar is helpful for first-time exhibitors and our experienced veteran exhibitors and will include everything you need to know for a successful show experience.

Registration Lists: As a valued exhibitor and/or sponsor, we offer access to our event's registration list.  We are providing you with a targeted platform to promote your brand to our Conference attendees.  Expand your reach and connect with attendees. Drive engagement by tailoring your marketing efforts to resonate with our PEO members.  Boost brand visibility by showcasing your products/services directly to attendees, elevating your brand presence and generating valuable leads. Event sponsors and confirmed exhibitors will receive our official registration lists around these dates: 8/16, 9/2, 9/12, and 9/23.

Exhibit Booth Availability:  All exhibit booth spaces for NAPEO's 2024 Marketplace are reserved.  A waitlist has started for companies interested in exhibiting in case of cancellations.  To be placed on the waitlist, complete and return NAPEO's Exhibit Space Reservation Form and email it to Nancy Benoudiz

Floor Plan: NAPEO's 2024 Marketplace will feature over 100 exhibitors and include 20 first-time exhibitors.  You can view your booth location on our Floor Plan.   Please refer to NAPEO's Exhibit Space Reservation Form for the terms of exhibiting.  If you have any questions, contact Nancy Benoudiz.
