NAPEO’s flagship event, our Annual Conference & Marketplace, is the largest and most multi-faceted PEO educational and networking event of the year. It's your annual opportunity to gather with your PEO colleagues from around the country to share lessons learned and gain insight from expert speakers. Online Registration Process
Your company will register all booth representatives and/or full conference registration representatives individually online with a choice two registration types. Booth Representative registration is $375 per person and includes access to the exhibit sessions, general sessions, and the evening event. (Note: Booth representative registration does not include access to educational sessions beyond the general sessions.) Or a Full Conference registration is $595 per person and includes access to the exhibit hall, general sessions, breakout sessions, and evening event. Refunds will be issued for registration cancellations made prior to Monday September, 9, 2019. A $125 cancellation fee will apply. There will be no refunds after September 9th.
NAPEO has reserved a block of rooms at JW Marriott Austin at the discounted rate of $279. Attendees will be emailed a link to reserve a room once they have registered for the event and NAPEO's room block opens.

We expect 900-1,000 total attendees at NAPEO’s 2019 Annual Conference & Marketplace, 400+ are from PEO companies.

- Discounted upgrades to full registration status to provide booth personnel with access to educational sessions

Grand and Door Prizes
For NAPEO’s Marketplace exhibitors who wish to have NAPEO announce your prize winner, exhibitors will have to fill out the Exhibitor Prize Raffle Summary form in advance of the conference. The Exhibitor Prize Raffle Summary form will be emailed to all booth coordinators in advance of the conference, and will be due by September 5, 2019.
NAPEO will not announce prizes for exhibitors who have not submitted the Exhibitor Prize Raffle Summary form in advance of the deadline.
