NAPEO’s operations, leadership structure, committees, finances, and a variety of other areas are governed by a comprehensive set of bylaws. The bylaws were last modified on September 28, 2021.
NAPEO's current Strategic Plan was developed in 2019 and will guide the direction and activities of the association from 2019-2022. The strategic planning process included extensive input from NAPEO's Board of Directors, Leadership Council chairs, committee chairs, and staff, as well as an in-depth membership survey.
