The National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) announced today that Lee Yarborough, president of Greenville, South Carolina-based Propel HR was elected vice chair of the association’s Board of Directors on September 16 at its Annual Conference in Austin. She succeeds Andy Lubash, CEO of Melville, New York-based Prestige Employee Administrators.
“I am thrilled to be elected as Vice Chair of NAPEO for 2019-2020. I look forward to working alongside Andy [Board Chair Andy Lubash] to promote the goals of our industry,” Yarborough said.
Propel HR is a PEO offering a range of services to its clients including: human resource services, payroll, employee benefits and risk and compliance assistance. Yarborough founded Propel HR in 1996 with her father, Braxton Cutchin. She previously served as NAPEO’s Secretary-Treasurer and as Chair of NAPEO’s Carolinas Leadership Council.
“Lee’s many years as Chair of our Carolinas Leadership Council have made her a widely respected association leader,” said NAPEO President and CEO Pat Cleary. “Lee will be a great partner to our Chair Andy Lubash as they work to advance key priorities like growing PEO industry awareness and strengthening our association.”
